Dsc 07 Observing a beginner Suluama VAEAU MULITALO

U18 Suluama VAEAU MULITALO is a young thrower. She has recently broken the symbolic 40m line in the discus and won a medal in the process at the national NZL 2020 champs. The document is a commented photo sequence of one of her competition throws where it is easy to see some of the most frequent faults that beginners are doing and that coaches have to deal with. We shall eventually propose late in this blog some correcting exercises and drills concerning these usual faults and how to get rid of them.
