A throw is a bit like making a movie where you more or less know the story but of which the different scenes are not always connecting together as expected and of which there is not always a ”happy end”. Therefore you have always to review the scenario and make  new takes with the actors before you can declare yourself satisfied and proceed to the final editing of the film to be presented to the public.

In this video document , doubled with a PDF , we have tried to follow the discus throw technical story step by step along the different phases and actions and in the same time tried to get inside the game and the thoughts of the main actor , trying to guess what could be the succession of his intentions.

A UNIQUE document , quite exceptional that one could show in all the clubs and throwers of all levels and which could be used as a referential document during the coaches seminars and training . (At least let’s hope it !)
