Coach 19 Coaching throwers groups

Most throws coaches do not train one athlete or one event. They have a group of throwers. Sometimes they have mixed groups with beginners and advanced athletes with different specialties and needs. They have to look after everyone and they sometimes also have to care for the implements , for the safety of the throwing areas etc… The document is a PDF out of a course which has been initially developed for the IAAF to help coaches to deal with these problems. It is always useful to have some advice on the matter.
