Some documents produced and published by so called ”sport science experts” , usually loaded with diplomas or wanting to make themselves a name by publishing ”studies” with attractive titles have a rather deceptive (if not ridiculous) content. This is one of them and to my view , it is just written blah blah ! When you know a bit , by experience , about the diversity of the ”winners profiles , physically , mentally and technically , you know that many top class athletes have achieved things that other people cannot even dream of because they are somewhere and somehow OUT OF NORMS . So if you are interested or attracted , have a bit critical look at this example and make your own mind about it …For fun !
